My dad came into my bedroom this morning at 7.20 and was surprised I was still in there... and not ready to go to school, especially considering I'm normally out the house by then. I explained that I felt semi-dead due to onset of cold and he offered to drive me to school. :)
For some reason my grandma bought me about 7 of those books too... but I can't actually recall reading a page of any of them: they just weren't my kind of book. I'm not the biggest of TV fans: I can't sit still and you really don't want to sit watching a film with me- I will talk.
No, I'm a relentless commentator. I played "yellow car" which turned into "yellow anything" through 2Fast2Furious (plus it isn't a great film).
I don't think I have ADD or anything like that. :)
In England, we watch films at cinemas- you would say movies at theaters. In England, a theatre (we spell it differently too) is where you watch a play. I don't think the word "movie" is used very much at all.

Yes, it's played in the UK, but I've never seen more than about 30 seconds of it- I couldn't stand it to be honest.
